1. Data Controller
YK IMMO, headquartered in Béjaïa, Algeria, is responsible for processing your personal data. Contact: contact@ykimmo.dz.
2. Data Collected
On registration: full name, email, phone (optional), encrypted password. During use: properties viewed, searches made, messages sent to agencies. Automatically: IP address, cookie and browsing data (see our Cookie Policy), browser type and OS.
3. Purposes
Your data is processed for: contract performance (account creation and management); connecting you with agencies and owners; service improvement and personalisation; marketing communications (with your prior consent); platform security and fraud prevention; legal and accounting obligations.
4. Legal Basis
Under Article 6 of Law 18-07: consent (marketing, non-essential cookies); contract performance (service access); legal obligation; legitimate interest (security, service improvement).
5. Retention
Account data: 3 years after last activity. Messages: 1 year. Browsing data: 13 months. Accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation). After these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your Rights
Under Articles 31–42 of Law 18-07: right of access to your data; right of rectification of inaccurate data; right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"); right to object to processing; right to data portability; right to restriction of processing.
7. Exercising Your Rights
Send your request with a copy of your ID to: contact@ykimmo.dz or by post to YK IMMO, Béjaïa, Algeria. We will respond within 30 days. If your complaint is unresolved, you may file a complaint with the APTD (Algerian Data Protection Authority).
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption for all communications, access restricted to authorised staff, access logs and regular security audits.
9. International Transfers
Some data may be processed by sub-processors outside Algeria (cloud hosting, analytics tools), subject to appropriate contractual safeguards under Law 18-07 and APTD guidance.
10. Changes
YK IMMO may update this policy. You will be notified of material changes by email or platform notification.
