1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the YK IMMO platform, available at ykimmo.dz. By accessing our services, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms without reservation.
2. Publisher Information
YK IMMO, an Algerian company headquartered in Béjaïa, Algeria. Email: contact@ykimmo.dz. The platform is hosted in Algeria and/or on cloud services compliant with applicable legal requirements.
3. Service Description
YK IMMO is a platform connecting individuals and real estate agencies for property sale, rental, and management listings in Algeria. YK IMMO is not a party to any transaction between buyers, sellers, or tenants.
4. Account Creation
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Any fraudulent access will be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Usage Rules
Strictly prohibited: publishing false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; using the platform for illegal or public-order-contrary purposes; reproducing or distributing platform content without prior written permission; attempting to compromise platform security or integrity; impersonating a third party.
6. Intellectual Property
All YK IMMO platform elements (trademark, logo, texts, images, interface, source code) are protected under Algerian intellectual property law. Any reproduction, total or partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
YK IMMO strives to ensure continuous platform availability and information accuracy but cannot guarantee it. YK IMMO shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Algerian law, including the Civil Code, Law No. 04-02 of June 23, 2004 on commercial practices, and Law No. 18-07 of June 10, 2018 on personal data protection. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Béjaïa, Algeria.
9. Modifications
YK IMMO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes by email or platform notification. Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
